Bisho beef is the meat of a female cow born to a dairy breed mother and a tasty Tajima-type Japanese Black breed father.The secret to its deliciousness is three things: [only female cows], [delicious bloodline], and [fattening period].The cattle are raised healthily, taking more than six months longer than usual, on a diet of herbs, which has resulted in tasty red meat and refined, non-greasy fat, making them a meat that is gentle on the body.

We use organic vegetables from Kaze no Oka Farm, which has been operating an organic farm in Ogawamachi, Saitama Prefecture since 1984.In addition to seasonal vegetables grown outdoors, they also grow rice, wheat, and soybeans, providing delicious vegetables without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides.
